Sunspots

Apparently there are currently no sunspots on the sun! I don't know how often that occurs but it is pretty interesting to see. At the [link]

Aurigids

Even though it was already twilight where I live at 1045 UT this morning, I went outside and looked up near Aurigid and was fortunate to see two of the most brilliant meteors that I have ever seen. The second one was visible even when I was barely able to still see the stars in the sky. The best one I saw was very brief but incredibly wide and bright, and I viewed it while walking to my observation point. I am really looking forward to seeing what the observers in the Pacific Coast where able to capture!

Excersize

I, as probably many of the people on the internet, viewed the clip of the Captain from 300 loosing 40 lbs in 8 weeks at Gym Jones as it came up on Reddit. (Here) I did some research on some of the exercises that he was doing and came across something called the medicine ball. There are some links online, but I also found a guide on how to make one myself out of basketballs. I am going to try that tomorrow on my night off. But as for now, I am off to work.

Intro

Just to get you up to date, I am enrolled in an Accelerated Nursing Program that begins in 47 Days, and I am really looking forward to it. I am hoping to make this about my journey through this program. Because of how accelerated it is I know it will be very difficult but really should be worth it.
